About this Project

900 Albert Street is one of the City’s best Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) opportunities given its location directly adjacent to Bayview Station – the junction between the new Confederation Line and the Trillium Line . The proposal for 900 Albert Street will be informed by TOD principles, including:

  • A mix of homes, jobs, and places to shop – all in one site;
  • The creation of an excellent pedestrian connection to Albert Street and a direct connection to Bayview Station;
  • A high level of cycling service connecting to the City’s and NCC’s existing and planned open space and path network; and
  • The transit capacity provided by the City’s investment in Light Rail Transit.

Trinity’s vision for the site includes a mixed-use development with retail, office, and residential uses at transit-supportive densities. The result will be a true mixed-use community, well connected to other parts of the City through rapid transit.

The Concept

900 Albert is envisioned to be a model of what a mixed-use, transit-oriented development should be.
